Marketplace tonight looks interesting

Great meeting this morning at the Buzz cafe. We recorded the simultaneous webcast so here’s the link and it’s also on the hot sheet page. As it was standing room only we’ll make sure there’s more seats next week ;-)

Remember the new meeting in Port Moody Tuesday night and for those who want to learn how to efficiently and effectively build a large network we have a special training session right after our noon Videocast from StRut Studios at the Buzz Cafe on Wednesday 11th at 1pm with Networking legend Ken Seto who has built networks in excess of 200,000 strong. There’s some definite skills you’ll want to learn to make life easier. Feel free to bring guests along and ask questions. Please RSVP and/or register yourself and your guests so we can estimate the size

Gerry Spitzner passed us on a  note about tonight’s Marketplace show on CBC that might be worth watching for those of you  in a retail environment and for those of us who aren’t may serve as a reminder, should we need it, of how important customer service is…

From Gerry:

“In case you haven’t heard; thought you’d be interested…tonight at 8PM on CBC, Marketplace is airing their season premiere. A one hour show dedicated to customer service at Canada’s retail chains; “Canada’s Worst Customer Service”. I’ll bet there are a few nervous chain store execs! Deborah (my wife) and I have a few “bets” on who makes the top 3.
Here’s a sneak peak look at the trailer
